Due to the nature of our handcrafted herbal and wellness products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
If there is an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within one (1) business day of delivery so we can review the concern.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email [email protected] with your order number, photos of the product, and photos of the packaging.
Siponda Sacred Wellness will review the issue and determine whether a replacement, store credit, or other resolution may be offered. Resolution is not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping & Processing
Orders are processed within 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier, location, weather, holidays, or other delays outside of our control. Siponda Sacred Wellness is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Siponda Sacred Wellness is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been marked as shipped or delivered by the carrier, Siponda Sacred Wellness is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery concerns.

Booking & Cancellations
If you book a session or service, please arrive on time and follow any instructions provided before your appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Missed appointments or late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
